Marissa N. Lefland has co-authored “Recent Developments in Aviation and Space Law,” recently published in the Winter 2017 issue of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal. The article discusses important developments in areas of the law which frequently affect air carriers and manufacturers, such as federal preemption, the Montreal Convention, EU 261, forum non conveniens and federal jurisdiction. Marissa is a member of the ABA’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Aviation and Space Law Committee.
