Alec’s practice focuses on all aspects of corporate transactions and commercial litigation matters.

Alec’s work includes corporate transactions and commercial litigation for clients in aviation, banking, finance, real estate, and other practice areas. His experience includes contract disputes, business torts, employment agreements, corporate governance, compliance matters, acquisitions, and other financial and commercial transactions, in litigation at both the state and federal level.

Prior to joining the firm, Alec gained experience in litigation matters working at various firms managing high-volume caseloads for general and products liability, commercial, and construction matters.

Alec is a graduate of New York Law School, where he was awarded a full-tuition, merit-based Trustee’s Scholarship. During law school, Alec served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Cheryl Gonzales of the New York City Housing Court, Kings County. He also gained in-house legal experience at a global fashion and lifestyle company, where he worked on a range of matters with a focus on intellectual property and data privacy.
