Grace’s practice includes all aspects of aviation, product liability, business and commercial law and litigation.
Grace concentrates her practice on the representation of clients and their insurers in complex litigation and corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Grace was an associate at an insurance defense firm specializing in professional and general commercial liability and product liability matters. Previously she worked as a Law Clerk at a capital investment firm where she assisted in-house counsel of an international venture capital fund with various tasks including drafting term sheets for potential deals with national start-up companies. In law school, Grace was a Judicial Extern for Magistrate Judge Wilner, of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Grace is a graduate of Loyola Law School where she was a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board and won both Best Brief and Best Oral Argument in Loyola’s International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition. Grace is admitted in California and is a member of the American Bar Association.
