Harry’s practice encompasses all aspects of aviation litigation and commercial matters.
Harry’s experience includes having assisted in the commercial litigation of aircraft lessors and the defense of an action brought against a major military defense contractor resulting from a mid-air collision. Harry has also assisted in litigating claims governed by the Montreal Convention.
Harry is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. During law school, he worked as an intern for the Honorable Claire Cecchi of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and as an intern at the New York State Office of the Attorney General. He was also a staff member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
Prior to joining the firm, Harry clerked for the Honorable Menelaos W. Toskos in New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division.
Harry is a member of the American Bar Association and the Federal Bar Council. He is admitted in both New York and New Jersey.
