Robert D. Alaimo

Robert’s practice concentrates on aviation litigation, product liability and class action litigation.

Prior to joining Condon & Forsyth in 2011, Robert served in a position with the Adjudication Division of the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs.

He was an Associate Managing Editor of the Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law at Brooklyn Law School. During this time, he held positions with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, the New York State Attorney General’s Office, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

While studying International Politics with an emphasis in Foreign Policy Processes at Georgetown he earned Certificates in German Language and European Studies and worked at the US-China Business Council, where he co-authored an article on Chinese intellectual property protections.

He is a member of the Federal Bar Council, New York State Bar Association, and the Regis Bar Association.


Robert has participated in the defense of toxic tort litigation and several class actions.
