Desmond T. Barry, Jr. participated as a speaker and panelist at IATA’s First Annual World Financial Symposium in Abu Dhabi on September 17-18, 2014. He presented on “The Litigation Aftermath of the September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attacks” and was a member of a panel of attorneys and insurance industry experts addressing legal and insurance issues that can arise from allegations of criminal conduct resulting in aviation accidents.
