Lisa Heller joined airline pilot union leaders at the 4th Annual International Conference of Pilot Unions (ICPU), presented by Southwest Airlines Pilots Association (SWAPA), on October 11, in Arlington, Texas. Lisa gave a well-received presentation entitled “Avoiding the Pitfalls of an NTSB Investigation.”
