Based in our Sacramento office, Ivy has extensive experience representing and advising airlines and their insurers in connection with all aspects of commercial disputes, civil litigation, appeals, and regulatory compliance, including personal injury cases involving airlines, manufacturers, and their insurers in federal and state courts.
From our New York office, practicing in both federal and state courts, Tom has significant experience in all areas of aviation litigation, representing airlines in both personal injury and commercial disputes, and most recently representing insurers in major coverage dispute litigation.
