Considered “the voice of reason” by clients and colleagues alike, Wayne Warnken is a member of Condon & Forsyth’s Trusts & Estates practice group, a field in which he has practiced with distinction for over four decades.
Raised on a working farm in Nebraska, Wayne went on to distinguish himself in both the military (graduating at the top of his class from the U.S. Naval Academy) and academia (Yale Law). For over forty years Wayne has guided individuals from all ends of the economic spectrum through the often-complicated decisions necessary for preserving and protecting their estates, legacies and progeny. Wayne’s farsightedness, in addition to his deep knowledge of the relevant tax provisions regarding estates and fiduciaries, help to establish long lasting benefits to his clients’ families long into the future.
Listed every year since 2010 by Super Lawyers as a Top Rated Estate Planning & Probate Attorney in New York, Wayne participates in volunteer work for the Archdiocese of New York and is active in his local community, serving on the board and as a Past President of the United Way – Scarsdale.
