Ashley’s practice encompasses all aspects of litigation and commercial matters.

Ashley’s practice includes commercial litigation and corporate transactions for clients in aviation, banking, finance, and other industries. Prior to joining the firm, Ashley was an associate for a law firm specializing in insurance and reinsurance law. Ashley was also an associate for a national civil litigation firm where she counseled and defended employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters.

Ashley is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School where she was Vice-President of the Asian Law Students Association and a Legal Intern for the Notre Dame Tax Clinic. During law school Ashley was also an ADR Unit Intern for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ashley is fluent in Korean.
