Chad’s primary focus is on aviation accident investigation and litigation.
He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and obtained a certificate with distinction from the National Center for Remote Sensing, Air and Space Law. During that time, he also clerked for the FAA Regional Counsel’s Office (Great Lakes Division), and the International Aviation Law Institute at DePaul University. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2013.
In addition to practicing at Condon & Forsyth, Chad also currently serves as a A320/321 First Officer at JetBlue Airways, Inc. He possesses an Air Transport Pilot license and multiple instructor licenses. Throughout his aviation career, he has acquired over 9,000 flight hours as an airline pilot, corporate pilot, and flight instructor.
