Eduardo’s practice encompasses all aspects of litigation and commercial matters.

Eduardo’s practice includes commercial litigation and corporate transactions for clients in aviation, banking, finance, and other industries. Prior to joining the firm, Eduardo worked as a litigation attorney focusing on complex antitrust litigation and competition law.

Eduardo is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School. During law school Eduardo worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Eduardo also earned an LLM in International Sports Law in Madrid, Spain. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and functionally fluent in Portuguese.
