Neil’s work encompasses all areas of civil and commercial litigation on behalf of the firm’s aviation clients.

Neil assists the firm’s aviation and aerospace clients, including domestic and international airlines and aircraft manufacturers, and their insurers in civil litigation and regulatory matters. His work includes cases involving personal injury, claims governed by the Montreal Convention, and breach of contract.

Before joining the firm, Neil gained diverse legal experience through multiple internships, serving in the New York City Law Department, various financial and energy firms, and an ERISA and Executive Compensation practice. His legal work focused on corporate law, real estate, contract analysis, and employment law.

Neil is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. During law school, he was the Online Content Editor for the Fordham Law Journal of Corporate & Financial Law, President of the South Asian Law Students’ Association, a participant in the Fordham Securities Litigation & Arbitration Clinic, and a member of the Business Law Student’s Association.
