Sabrina E. Soffer

Sabrina’s work encompasses all aspects of aviation, civil and commercial litigation and disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Sabrina served as a Legal Research Clerk at the Connecticut Judicial Branch, providing assistance to trial court judges on pending civil and criminal court matters. Previously, Sabrina worked as a Legal Intern for a firm where she drafted various motions on employment and real estate law, and civil and contract litigation for both federal and state court. Sabrina was also a Legal Intern for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York where she conducted research on federal tort claims, financial fraud and environmental issues, and drafted summary judgment motions, briefs, and memoranda. Sabrina also previously worked as a corporate Legal Intern assisting in the drafting of contracts and memoranda on data privacy issues, intellectual property and trademark, as well as non-compete and non-disclosure agreements.

Sabrina is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. During law school Sabrina served as Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development; Associate Managing Editor for the Commercial Division Online Law Report; and, Director of Internal Affairs for the Women’s Law Society. During law school Sabrina also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Jeffrey Brown in New York State Supreme Court, Nassau County, where she prepared draft court opinions on various motions and topics including tort and contract law as well as working as a Teaching Assistant for a Law and Contracts course.

Sabrina speaks conversational Spanish and beginner Italian languages.
