Condon & Forsyth partners Desmond T. Barry, Jr. and Evan M. Kwarta have co-authored “The September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attack and Litigation Aftermath” published in the April 2019 (v.86, no.2) issue of the IADC Defense Counsel Journal. Des Barry was counsel for American Airlines in the multibillion-dollar litigation arising from the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and court appointed Defense Liaison Counsel. Evan Kwarta was a member of the team that successfully settled all property damage cases in the tort litigation arising from the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
