Bart Banino was honored to be invited to give a presentation on U.S. aviation law at the first Brazil Aviation Legal Symposium which was hosted by the Associacao dos Avogados in Sao Paulo, Brazil on June 27, 2019. The Symposium was an effort to invite stakeholders to grapple with the problem of Brazilian courts recognizing international aviation treaties in the same way other countries do.
