Bart Banino participated in a panel discussion at the ALTA Aviation Law Americas conference in Quito, Ecuador (September 4-6, 2019) on the interplay of domestic and international regulations, such as MC99 and the Cape Town Convention. Attended by top law firms, aviation industry experts and airlines from throughout the Americas, the two-day conference focuses on exchanging views, ideas, and best practices on legal, finance, and aero-political issues and challenges that the industry is currently facing in regions of Latin America and the Caribbean.
