On September 13, 2019, Partner Jon DeMay moderated a panel discussion entitled “Sexual Misconduct at Altitude,” at the 2019 ABA Forum on Air & Space Law Annual Conference in Seattle, Washington. Jon, together with Marissa Lefland and Constantine Petallides, authored an article submitted to the Forum entitled “In-Flight Sexual Misconduct: Congressional Action and Air Carrier Liability.” Partner Evan Kwarta also was in attendance at the Forum.
