Brittany’s work encompasses all aspects of aviation and commercial litigation matters.
Brittany is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Award, the Innovative Service in the Public Interest Award, and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers Scholarship. While in law school, Brittany was a member of the Black Law Students Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Brittany was a Staff Attorney in the Special Litigation Unit and Community Justice Unit at the Legal Aid Society working directly in impacted communities. Brittany previously served as a John J. Gibbons Fellowship in Public Interest & Constitutional Law where she worked on numerous plaintiff side class actions and was responsible for drafting complaints, FOIA requests, discovery demands and motions. Brittany was also a Betha Justice Fellow at the Center for Constitutional Rights. During her time at the Center for Constitutional Rights Brittany successfully argued several motions, including a motion to dismiss in New Jersey State Court and a motion for preliminary injunction in the Southern District of New York.
