Jessica’s practice encompasses all aspects of aviation and commercial litigation matters.
Jessica represents foreign air carriers and their insurers, and other aviation and aerospace clients of the firm in personal injury, wrongful death, aircraft ground accidents, and loss cases. Her work includes litigating claims governed by the Montreal Convention, Warsaw Convention, other international treaties, U.S. aviation statutes, and foreign aviation regulations.
Prior to joining the firm, Jessica worked for a civil defense litigation firm, where she handled complex litigation matters. Jessica also worked for a general practice litigation firm where her practice focused on cases involving catastrophic injury, including wrongful death, automobile negligence, medical malpractice, premises liability, and products liability. She also gained valuable trial and litigation experience as an Assistant State Attorney for the 9th and 15th Judicial Circuits of Florida.
Jessica is an active member of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Palm Beach County Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She has served in leadership roles within these organizations and continues to do so today.
In 2023 and 2024, Jessica was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star. In 2023, she was awarded the Florida Association for Women Lawyers’ “Leader in the Law” award, which recognizes women who have made significant contributions to their communities. Jessica is a graduate of Barry University School of Law (J.D.), where she was a Dean’s Writing Fellow and Teaching Assistant for Legal Research & Writing.
