Partner Desmond Barry, lead counsel for American Airlines and court appointed Liaison Counsel in the litigation arising from the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack gave a series of lectures entitled “The September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attack and Litigation Aftermath.” These lectures were given to clients of the firm, the Legal Committee of the Royal Aeronautical Society and most recently to JLT Insurance and The Insurance Institute of London at Lloyd’s. The Insurance Institute of London presentation took place on October 10, 2018 in the Old Library at Lloyd’s of London.
