On October 23, 2019, Marissa Lefland moderated a panel discussion entitled “Operator & Broker Jeopardy!” at the 2019 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in Law Vegas, Nevada. Marissa joined a panel of experts exploring the legality of various hypothetical fact patters and FAA legal opinions and enforcement actions of the new Part 295 air charter broker regulations, as well as other Part 135 regulations.
