C&F associate Alexandra Daly recently co-authored “Recent Developments in Aviation Litigation,” published in the Fall 2025 edition of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal.
The article analyzes recent key decisions in aviation law, addressing topics such as personal jurisdiction under the Montreal Convention, federal preemption and the Federal Aviation Act, unmanned aviation systems, the overturning of Chevron, and government liability under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
