Sam’s work encompasses all aspects of aviation and commercial litigation.

Sam assists the firm’s aviation and aerospace clients and their insurers in civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a litigation attorney drafting briefs and motions, legal memoranda and research. Sam’s litigation experience includes:

• Representation of indirect purchasers in a price fixing antitrust case
• Representation of a whistleblower in a qui tam action
• Representation of former employees for a Fortune 500 company on matters relating to employment law with a focus on the Fair Labor Standards Act

Sam is the recipient of the Wiley W. Manual Pro Bono Services Certificate issued by the California Lawyers Association (in Sept. 2019, Sept. 2020, and Dec. 2021) and the Pro Bono Publico Award issued by Casa Cornelia Law Center (June 2021) for dedicated pro bono work on behalf of victims of human and civil rights violations.

Sam is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and served as Vice President and Secretary for Pride Law; was a Founding member of Law Students for Cross-Racial Understanding; and a member of the Women’s Law Caucus.
