Daniel assists the firm’s clients and their insurers in cases involving wrongful death, personal injury, general premise liability, and breach of contract claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Margaret C. Reilly of the New York State Supreme Court, Nassau County. He also clerked in a firm drafting contracts of sale and worked on estate matters. Prior to this, Daniel was a Legislative Intern for the Congressional Office of Representative Andrew Garabarino in Washington, D.C.
Daniel is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a Thomas More Scholar, a Senior Staff Member for the New York International Law Review, and the Senior Duberstein Director of the Moot Court Honor Society.
