Diana’s practice encompasses all aspects of international aviation law, products liability, and commercial litigation. Diana has represented foreign air carriers, aircraft lessors and aircraft purchasers in complex commercial litigation; represented airlines in litigation arising out of major aviation disasters; assisted parties in navigating the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigative process; counseled operators on crisis communications; and represented clients in federal investigations.
Diana has a strong understanding of and interest in the application of technology to the litigation process. She has extensive experience in conducting complex discovery and counseling clients about electronic discovery and information governance issues. Diana led discovery efforts in the September 11th, American Airlines Flight 587 and Colgan Flight 3407 multi-district litigations and participated in the development of computer assisted document review tools.
Diana is consistently recognized by Who’s Who Legal: Transport – Aviation Contentious. She is highly recommended for her work by The Legal 500 U.S., Transport: Aviation and Air Travel – Litigation and recognized as a Key Lawyer. She has served on the International Aviation Women’s Association Board of Directors and Advisory Board since 2009.
Prior to joining Condon & Forsyth, in 2001, Diana served as Principal Court Attorney to the Honorable Bernard J. Fried, Supreme Court, New York County.
