John’s practice encompasses all aspects of aviation and commercial litigation matters.

John assists the firm’s aviation and aerospace clients and their insurers in civil litigation, advisory, and regulatory matters. He represents air carriers and other aerospace industry companies worldwide in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, and breach of contract. His work includes litigating claims governed by the Montreal Convention, other international treaties, U.S. aviation statutes, and foreign aviation regulations.

Prior to joining the firm, John was an associate at a civil litigation and general practice firm, where he represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil matters, including personal injury, defense of civil claims, and commercial disputes. He also advised municipalities on a variety of legal matters. Previously, John also worked as a law clerk at a commercial litigation firm, where he supported both litigation and trusts and estates practice matters.

John received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. Prior to law school, John was an intern for the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where he assisted Assistant District Attorneys in the Felony Trial Bureau and gained experience in evidence and document preparation for trial.

Currently, John serves as the Vice Chair of the Young Lawyer’s Committee of the Queens County Bar Association.
