Bob works from the Condon & Forsyth Miami office. Bob is an AV-rated Florida lawyer with over 40 years of legal experience. He routinely handles all aspects of aircraft finance matters including, domestic and cross-border aircraft and engine sales, finance and leasing transactions, MRO, airline and Part 135 related matters, and collection and seizures of aircraft and assets. Bob also represents clients in commercial, products liability, aviation, and insurance law matters.

Bob is a member of the American Bar Association (Forum on Air & Space Law); Lawyer Pilots Bar Association; National Business Aircraft Association; Experimental Aircraft Association; Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association; and the Greater Miami Aviation Association (past Officer and Director).

Before opening his solo aviation practice, Bob worked for 10 years as part of financial and legal teams at Eastern Airlines, and then 20 years in complex national and international litigation and transactions with large law firms and aviation boutique law firms.
