Wendy first joined the firm in 1979 and returned in 1999. In the interim, Wendy worked at other law firms defending complex products liability, lender liability, fraud, intellectual property, securities and employment litigation and arbitrations and representing financial institutions in bankruptcy proceedings. Wendy also worked as a jury consultant on cases in a variety of areas, including asbestos exposure, toxic tort, general aviation crashes, patent infringement and antitrust.

Wendy concentrates her practice in insurance coverage, commercial and employment law.
Experience
Wendy has represented the Firm’s insurance, reinsurance and airline clients, as well as manufacturers, financial institutions and other business in litigation at the trial and appellate level in state and federal courts throughout the United States and in domestic arbitrations.
Wendy has contributed to numerous publications and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association. She is a past co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Securities Litigation Committee and a former member of the Chicago Bar Association’s Judicial Evaluation Committee.
