Jonathan’s work encompasses all aspects of aviation and commercial litigation matters.

Jonathan assists the firm’s aviation and aerospace clients and their insurers in both civil and commercial litigation. Jonathan represents air carriers globally in matters involving commercial disputes, breach of contract, wrongful death, personal injury and other tort claims. His recent trial work includes working with the trial team in litigation arising from the crash of an Airbus 350B2 helicopter in New York’s East River on March 11, 2018. Cadigan v. Liberty Helicopters, Inc., et al, Index No. 2018/152286, in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County.

Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan was an associate at a commercial law firm in Tel Aviv, where he represented companies in derivative and class actions, conducted regulatory clearance for mergers and transactions, assisted in transactional negotiations, antitrust, and commercial law matters, including corporate governance and board advisory services, and represented clients in investigations and other proceedings before government agencies.

Jonathan is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where he received his LL.M. with honors. Jonathan also graduated magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Law, where he was a member of the Human Rights Clinic, and holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University’s School of Economics.

Jonathan is also admitted to practice in Israel and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
