Paul concentrates his practice on federal, state and local income tax matters.
Having practiced for more than 30 years, Paul has significant experience in federal, state and local income tax matters. He is tax counsel consulting on the tax aspects of commercial and financial transactions, including corporate, partnership, individual, real estate, offshore, estate and gift tax matters and has structured corporate, partnership and limited liability company equity interests, acquisitions, stock option plans, and qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans. He also provides litigation support in the formulation of tax and accounting-related economic issues and evidence.
Paul is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Taxation at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business (Graduate) and has appeared in, and has advised, media in financial news. He is a certified public accountant in New York State and a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician.
