Damara represents foreign air carriers and their insurers, terminal operators, and other clients in personal injury and loss cases. Damara’s work includes litigating claims governed by the Montreal Convention, Warsaw Convention, other international treaties, U.S. aviation statutes, and foreign aviation regulations.

Damara is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where she was a recipient of a Trustee Academic Scholarship and the Legal Practice Skills Honorable Mention Brief Award. During law school, Damara was the Executive Director of Appellate Competitions for the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy and a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. As an undergraduate at Fairfield University, she participated in a study abroad program at Florence University of Arts, in Florence, Italy.

Prior to joining the firm, Damara worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable David B. Katz, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court, Newark, NJ; and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Justice Gordon H. Piper and Associate Justice Diane R. Rubin, of the Land Court Department of the Trial Court, Boston, MA.
