James works on all aspects of aviation and commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, James practiced law for several years as an associate attorney at a civil defense litigation firm, where he handled all aspects of a large litigation caseload from inception to trial. During his time at the civil defense firm, he was lead counsel for the largest limited profit housing company in Bronx, New York. James’s practice areas include insurance defense, general premise liability, personal injury, and commercial litigation.

James is a graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University where he served as the Managing Editor of the Pace International Law Review. While in law school, James was a member of multiple trial advocacy teams and placed second in the 2018 Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition.

James is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the New York State Bar Association.
