James represents air carriers and other clients in cases involving mass air disasters, wrongful death, personal injury, cargo damage and loss, aircraft ground accidents, breach of contract, regulatory enforcement, product liability, and employment issues. He also represents property owners, contractors, commercial landlords, and insurers in premises liability and commercial cases. James serves as a lead counsel for the largest limited profit housing company in Bronx, New York.
Prior to joining the firm, James practiced law for several years as an associate attorney at a civil defense litigation firm, where he handled all aspects of a large litigation caseload from inception to trial.
James is a graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University where he served as the Managing Editor of the Pace International Law Review. While in law school, James was a member of multiple trial advocacy teams and placed second in the 2018 Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition.
James is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the New York City Bar Association.
