Bringing over a decade of experience to the firm, Marjorie represents the firm’s aviation and aerospace clients and their insurers in all aspects of civil litigation and provides advice and guidance during pre-suit disputes and enforcement matters. She represents domestic and foreign air carriers and manufacturers in cases involving wrongful death and personal injury, product liability, cargo damage and loss, breach of contract, and regulatory compliance. Her experience includes claims arising under the Montreal Convention and complex issues involving international air transportation, federal preemption, jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, choice of law, causation, and damages. She also handles contractual, indemnity, insurance, and risk-allocation issues arising from complex aviation and commercial disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Marjorie served as a Director of Mass Torts, where she managed high-volume cases, directed legal teams, and coordinated complex litigation from intake through resolution. She excelled at developing trial strategies and leading settlement negotiations. Her experience bridged complex mass tort advocacy and high-level risk management. Marjorie’s prior work experience also includes managing cases across state and federal courts, spanning small claims, county, circuit, and appellate jurisdictions.

In addition to aviation and aerospace, Marjorie’s litigation experience spans multiple industries and includes medical malpractice, professional negligence, premises liability, and construction defect cases. Marjorie’s practice also encompasses appellate work.  She has served as lead appellate counsel for a regional portfolio of cases and handled appellate briefing and oral argument. Her appellate background informs her approach to complex litigation, particularly in identifying dispositive issues and preserving matters for appellate review.

Marjorie is a graduate of Pace University School of Law. She is a member of the Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association – Lawyers for Literacy, Florida Association for Women Lawyers – Director of Outreach, Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach Justice Association, American Association for Justice, and has been named in National Trial Lawyers – Top 40 under 40.
