Nick’s work includes commercial litigation and corporate transactions for clients in a variety of industries, including banking and finance. His experience also includes contract disputes, business torts, corporate governance, compliance matters, and financial and commercial transactions, in litigation at both the state and federal level.

Nick is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was a member of the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project. Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked as a legal assistant for several firms where he reviewed and summarized legal settlements and business contracts.
