Virginia represents the firm’s aviation clients and their insurers in complex litigation.  Her practice includes cases involving insurance coverage disputes, wrongful death, personal injury, aircraft ground accidents, cargo damage and loss, commercial disputes, regulatory matters, and aviation and aerospace insurance.

Prior to joining the firm, Virginia worked as an associate for a commercial litigation firm where she represented clients in complex commercial litigation and employment and trade secret matters in federal and state court.  She also interned in Legislative and Regulatory Affairs at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Consumer Affairs.

Virginia is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. Virginia has a master’s degree in accounting and worked as an International Tax Associate in PwC’s International Tax Services before attending law school.

Virginia’s memberships include the New York Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the New York Women’s Bar Association.
